We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for multi-brand clothing. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

✔️ Defective or damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
✔️ Size exchange (subject to availability)

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Sale & discounted items
❌ Used, washed, or altered clothes
❌ Undergarments & accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds & Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are paid by the customer (unless it’s our error).
• For delays beyond 15 days, contact us.
